BRX secures strategic project with OXXO in Colombia

BRX expands its operations in Latin America by participating, in partnership with Oracle Consulting, in a new project related to the expansion of OXXO's Oracle Retail platform in its PAM business unit. The initiative brings together operations from Colombia and other markets in the region, including Chile and Peru, reinforcing its multinational character.

OXXO will begin the implementation of the Oracle Merchandising Foundation Cloud Service (MFCS). In this context, BRX will be responsible for a fundamental aspect of the transformation: the development of the integration scope and the necessary data migration to support the new operation.

The area under BRX's responsibility encompasses over 200 integration flows, connecting systems, processes, and essential information for the functioning of the retail environment. The scope also includes the preparation and execution of the data migration, a critical step to ensure consistency, traceability, and operational continuity during the transition to the new platform.

The project execution is planned throughout 2027, with the go-live expected in the first quarter of 2028. The timeline highlights the scale of the initiative and the need for a structured approach capable of coordinating technology, data, and business processes in a multinational environment.

The project reinforces BRX's position as an expert in Oracle Retail and its ability to engage in large-scale transformations. The combination of technical knowledge, integration experience, and mastery of data migration enables support for retail operations during decisive moments of technological evolution.

The initiative also expands BRX's presence in strategic retail transformation projects in Latin America. By connecting different markets, platforms, and operational flows, the company contributes to building a more integrated, efficient foundation prepared to sustain the evolution of OXXO's operations in the region.
